Dashboard tour

Every bot has its own page (Bots → select a bot), split into several sections.

Overview

The bot's current state (running, sleeping, under review, in trial, etc.), the result of the last deploy, and quick actions: start, stop, restart.

  • Stop — turns the bot off completely; it won't answer messages until you start it again.
  • Restart — restarts the container (useful if the bot "hangs", for example); the code doesn't change.
  • Redeploy — re-fetches the code (from ZIP or GitHub) and runs the check and build pipeline again.

Logs

The text your bot prints to the console, in real time. The first place to look for errors — details: Reading logs.

Analytics

User counts, daily activity, command and error statistics — without changing your code. Details: Analytics.

Settings

  • Environment variables — add and change settings (details).
  • Run mode — auto / always on / sleep (details).
  • Replace BOT_TOKEN — if you regenerated the token in BotFather, enter the new one here and the bot restarts automatically.
  • GitHub link and branch — change the repository URL (details).
  • Public page — a public page about your bot (/b/botname) where users can leave a report.
  • Hand over to a client (Freelancer plan only) — transfer the bot to another Telegram user's (your client's) account; the client must first press /start in the platform bot; the bot runs free for the client for up to 7 days, after which the client picks their own plan.
  • Delete bot — the container, data, backups and analytics are deleted completely and irreversibly. To prevent accidents, the system asks you to type the bot's name manually.

Billing

Current subscription status, changing plans, renewal. Details: How payment works.

Backups

The list of backups, manual backup, restore and download. Details: Data and backups.

Telegram notifications and Mini App

You receive Telegram messages from the platform bot about important events (bot crashed, payment confirmed, backup failed). The dashboard can also be opened inside Telegram as a Mini App — it works just like the web version, but uses Telegram's back button and theme.
