Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Botxona service. By using the service, you agree to the rules below.

Acceptable use

It is prohibited to host bots on the platform for the following purposes:

• Bots intended for fraud or for misleading users.
• Phishing (covertly collecting passwords or card details).
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
• Gambling or unlicensed betting services.
• Distributing illegal content or serving illegal activity.

If a violation of these rules is detected (including through complaints on the public page), the bot may be stopped with or without prior warning.

Payment and refunds

Payment is made by bank card-to-card transfer and is confirmed manually by an administrator. A confirmed payment extends the subscription period. Refund requests for a period in which the service has not yet been provided (an unused period) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — to request one, write via the platform bot.

Suspension

A bot or account may be suspended (halted/banned) in the following cases: a breach of the acceptable use rules, activity that poses a security risk, or prolonged non-payment. Where possible, the user is notified before suspension.

Limitation of liability

Botxona provides hosting infrastructure; responsibility for the internal logic of a hosted bot, the results of its use, and any arrangements with third parties lies with the bot owner. The service is provided "as is"; we strive to resolve technical faults as quickly as possible.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; we will notify you of material changes via the platform bot.
