Can I use it without knowing how to code?

Is Python/Node.js supported?
Yes, both. You need a clear entry point and pinned library versions (requirements.txt or package.json).
I use webhooks — will that work?
Bot code should run via long polling instead — setting a webhook isn't required and keeps the infrastructure simple.
Where is my data (files, SQLite database) stored?
Only under the DATA_DIR directory — it persists and is backed up daily.
Will my bot keep running if my computer is off?
Yes — the bot runs on Botxona's servers, not on your computer.
Can GitHub pushes auto-redeploy my bot?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans — a push to your repository redeploys the bot automatically.
Price and payment
How do I pay?
Via a card-to-card bank transfer — the system shows a unique amount, you transfer it and confirm, and staff usually approve it within ~30 minutes.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes — the yearly price equals 10 monthly payments, so 2 months are free.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time — remaining days are converted into credit toward the new plan.
Security
Is my data safe?
The bot token and settings are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and each bot runs in an isolated container. More: Security.
Are my users' message contents stored?
No — analytics only collects call counts and errors, never message text.
What happens if my bot is used for abuse?
Every public bot page has a "Report" button; reports are reviewed by staff and a bot can be suspended.
