Privacy policy
This page explains what data Botxona collects, stores and uses.
What data we collect
- Telegram ID, username, name — to identify your account (obtained automatically when you log in via Telegram).
- Bot token and
.envsettings — required to run the bot, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). - Analytics (aggregated) — summarized metrics such as call counts, errors and response time. Message text is never stored.
- Backup files — your bot's
DATA_DIRfolder, in encrypted form. - Payment data — only the payment amount and status (card numbers are not stored on the platform — the transfer is made through your banking app).
Why we use it
The data collected is used only to provide the service (running, monitoring and backing up bots), for billing and for technical support. It is not sold to third parties or shared for advertising purposes.
How long it is kept
Data is kept while the bot is active. Backup files are kept for 7–30 days depending on the plan, then deleted automatically. If you request full deletion of your account, your personal data is taken out of use (except where retention is required by law).
Security measures
All sensitive data (tokens, .env, backups) is stored encrypted; a separate encryption key is used for each bot. Details: Security.
